Who Got Skillz Violator Talent Search

Bret ‘Du Love’ and Violator CEO, Chris Lighty are searching for the next “money making artist”. According to Lighty, the Who Got Skillz competition was started in order to find, “The next artist who can take over Violator worldwide and really take it to the next level.” “I’ve had a lot of success managing some great artists, but they all had to be discovered at some point, so I’m creating a platform to find the next new artist that will take it to the next level and take over Violator worldwide,” Chris Lighty told AllHipHop.com. In June of 2007, Lighty formed Brand Asset Group, a new joint venture with Warner Music Group, which helps manages and develop brand extensions associated with various artists from all genres of music.

The Violator contest is a scam don’t buy into it. You need a $350 money order with your application to enter for a talent *showcase*. When you go to violator or the myspace there is no “more information” you just have to email or call them for every little detail which should have been posted by now since they “plan” on conducting the search from February until March 22nd.
