LeBron James has never entered the NBA’s Slam Dunk contest although he in one of the league’s most athletic players. The Miami Heat forward may want to rethink his stance against competing now that Magic Johnson has said he will put up $1 million if James participates.

“Please LeBron, get in the dunk contest. I’m going to put up a million dollars. A million dollars to LeBron. Please get in the dunk contest. I go every year. I want to see you out there. A million to the winner,”

Johnson said on ESPN Friday.

Currently the league pays $100,000 to the winner and $50,000 to the runner-up

Do you think LeBron will consider the million dollar offer?

I guess cause he is one of the most popular players but other than that I don’t see why everybody is so eager 2 see Lebron in the dunk contest, cause he is not a creative dunker at all…his dunks are all about power an due to his muscular physique he is mostly stiff on alot of his dunks…and if you look at his in game dunks he does the same one handed tomahawk dunk every time no matter if the lane is crowded or on a wide open fastbreak…I don’t think he is scared 2 enter the contest i just think he has no idea what dunks he wants 2 do so he just says f*ck it.

Lebron is a creative dunker. What are you talking about? Have you seen his dunks in pre game or in the actual game?

Man, I dont see what the problem is . If this nigga likes showing off so much before the game why not be in the dunk contest ? I dont wanna hear no bullshit about the other guys aint on his lvl of stardom or how lebron doesnt have anything to prove or how the dunk contests of today dont reflect the purity they used to. If you’re the champ, prove it. Show why you’re the best instead of hiding behind dick riders, hype and specualtion of how you’d kill everyone out there. If you lose, you lose. It aint that big of a deal anyway, because the dunk constest is just for fun anyway.
