Lil Wayne definitely can have the title of Hottest Rapper alive right now but best I dont really know if he can just have that he’s got a good streak going right now but only time will tell. I guess so since no one has challenged him for the title. I mean you have the human and Constitutional right to identify or label yourself as anything you like.
