This has to be the saddest day in hip hop (xcluding the deaths of e,pun,pac big,jay,soldier slim) because the powers that be are showcasing this travesty for everyone 2 see!!! Whether or not u agree wit tip or not there is a whole culture that is being exploited in a major way…………damn tip,youll never recover from this homie, and since he still has to do time,the judge should have never let the cameras in the court because of his safety……can u protective custody????…………..sssshhhhheeeeessssshhhh!!!!!!!!
Some of yall have no clue what snitching is. He never once said anybody's name or accused anyone of doing anything. Just bc he took the stand doesn't automatically make him a snitch. he has to say something that could directly cause another person to go to jail, not to mention he'd have to be doing it bc he got caught and wants to reduce his own sentence.

I don't understand what you dudes want him to do. You get subpoenaed, you gotta go to court, and get on the stand. Period….you don't, you go to jail. And before a dumb motherf*cker says "he should've pled the 5th!" you can't in this situation.
TI isn't incriminating himself here dumb ass….he isn't on trial, and his testimony isn't incriminating to himself. Again, for like the 5th time, he cannot plead the 5th in this situation.
You got any proof he offered his testimony as part of a deal or are you just making sh*t up?
He had to testify because he was asked to….if you or I were there, and possibly seen something, we'd have to testify too. That's how that works….it has nothing to do with "deals" or any of that silly sh*t.

OK, so apparently you idiots don't know what the 5th amendment is either. The 5th amendment states that you have the right to refuse to say something that will incriminate yourself.
You can't plead the fifth as a witness unless they're going to flip it on you and charge you with the crime. They're not gonna be charging TI with the murder of Phil, everyone knows that, so the 5th amendment doesn't apply to this.
The nigqa's already going to jail for some real shyt (even though his time has been severely reduced, which is a whole different topic), why would he compound the time by lying under oath, refusing to show up after being subpoenaed, or being in contempt of course for refusing to answer questions he legal has no choice but to answer?
