Earlier today President Obama arrived in Atlanta make his rounds for his speeches at a local elementary school in Marietta and a recreation center in Decatur,Ga. After arriving at the school he visited classrooms and interacted with both the students and teachers.During his speech he followed up points expressed during State of the Union of making sure that each child will receive the top quality in the United States. Georgia considered at red state was mentioned has taken steps towards the early education lottery program.

“Every dollar we invest in high quality, early childhood education can save more than $7 later on, by boosting graduation rates, reducing teen pregnancy, even reducing violent crime,”

He also joked about how the teachers were able to bring all the students to work together stating:

“That whole playing well with others, by the way, is a trait we could use in Washington, “Maybe we need to bring the teachers up. Every once in a while, have some quiet time. Time out.”
