Want Melyssa Ford to host your party? Well here is her requirements.

MELYSSA FORD APPEARANCE RIDER

The following lists of items are required for all two hour appearances made by Ms. Melyssa Ford.
These items will be included in the contract that is sent over to you or agreed upon by both
parties regarding her appearance at your event.

COMPENSATION

50% deposit is required via bank wire before appearance at said event and then the remaining
balance is paid in cash upon arrival at the hotel. If remaining balance is not paid at hotel
check-in, said Promoter has until Ms. Ford leaves for said event to remit balance. Ms. Ford will
not leave her hotel room to go to said event without balance being paid.
Appearance contract once drawn will have more details.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Three rooms should be provided (One suite and two single rooms) at a four stars or superior
hotel. All hotel accommodations are not to be booked in Ms. Ford’s name for security reasons.
Promoter will provide hotel with a form of payment for incidentals for Ms. Ford and her party’s
rooms. However, the use of room service, mini bar, in-room entertainment and/or any other
payable expense while at the hotel will be paid in cash by Ms. Ford and her party ONLY.

TRAVEL

Three round trip airline tickets (one first class or business class and two coach tickets). All travel
must be booked through R.A. Travel. Contact Dominick at 212-243-0502 direct #, 212-633-8300
main # or Dominick@ratravel.com. In addition, all travel must be approved by management
before booking. Lastly, limo/SUV ground transportation is required to and from home airport, to
and from arrival city’s airport and to and from the venue.

MISCELLANEOUS

Local security to be provided upon arrival at the airport and at all times at the venue. Ms. Ford
will be provided with a dinner/lunch upon her arrival into Promoter’s city. All promotional
advertisement of event is pre-approved by management. All promotional advertising for events
should include website information for Ms. Ford.

No way in there world I would sign that contract.
