Lil Wayne, Atlanta’s Keyshia Cole and T-Pain , as well as the Gym Class Heroes make up Wayne’s “I Am Music” tour, stopping at Philips Arena Dec. 31. Expect Lil Wayne and the crew to be attending Velvet Room’s “All Black” New Years eve party.
