A year after throwing a backstage tantrum and vowing never to perform for MTV again, hip-hop star Kanye West has agreed to close the network’s 25th annual Video Music Awards on Sunday night.Also mr.West may release his fourth studio album titled “Good ass Job” before the end of the year, according to an inside scoop from Billboard Magazine. New single off the album is supposed to drop this Monday.
