Back in February hip hop mogul Jay-Z and Khloe Kardashian were spotted having drinks in New York without Jay-Z’s wife Beyonce. Khloe swore the two are ‘just friends’ and Jay Z is now coming out to explain their friendship. (Sort of) The entrepreneur/New Jersey Nets co-owner/producer/Grammy Award winning rapper is now calling himself a matchmaker.

“Jay thinks Khloe is a good girl but she can’t seem to pick out the players from the good guys,”

an insider tells OK! magazine.
According to the source, Jay-Z told Khloe, ‘she has to stop dating boys and go for men’.

“Jay is all about substance so seems like things could work out,”

the source explains.
Khloe was recently linked to pro basketball player Rashad McCants, but their long-distance relationship ended in January (09).A source close to Khloe tells OK!

“(Khloe is) happy and loving her newfound singleness. However, there’s no way she’s going to turn down help from Jay-Z. After all, he picked a good one in Beyoncé!”
