Rocawear Christmas pictures of Jay-Z,Norton Cher(one of three new Rocawear owners) and Neil Cole. Norton Cher(2nd Photo) is one of the three new owners of Rocawear which also includes Jay-Z and Alex Bize. Neil Cole is the CEO of Iconix brand group who owns Starter,Candies,Mossimo and Rocawear just to name a few. The age old saying if money hasn’t changed you than your not making enough.
