Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson will not serve jail time
Six time pro bowl receiver Chad Johnson ‘s criminal defense attorney told Gossip Extra that he and prosecutors have reached a deal to settle Johnson’s domestic violence case.
“There is a resolution in place,” said Fort Lauderdale attorney Adam Swickle, “and it will be discussed tomorrow in court. The prosecutors and I have an agreement on what should happen.”

If that was a normal person. He get’s jail time or probation straight up bullsh*t.
And i never been locked up in my life …
nah…1st offender status and good lawyers go a long way
he did get probation, it was a misdemeanor charge sheesh
