Rapper Barima “Bleu DaVinci” McKnight was sentenced to five years in prison yesterday (October 29) as sentencing wraps up in the feds drug case against the Black Mafia Family.

According to Creativeloafing.com, McKnight and nine other co-defendants including Diddy's cousin Darryl “Poppa” Taylor were scheduled for sentencing yesterday.

BMF leaders Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory were sentenced to 30 years in prison last month.

McKnight's sentence was eight months less than that suggested by the government because McKnight shared information with the authorities. The information shared however turned out not to be useful as the case had already been built.

“He would have liked to have cooperated if he could have,” McKnight's attorney, David MacKusick, said. “But he didn’t have any useful information.”

McKnight had released an album under the name Bleu DaVinci with Big Meech's record label.
