Another bullsh1t story where lies were told in order to grab attention. $2 is petty theft and misdemeanor at best. He’s behind bars because he’s a felon in possession of a firearm which is a real no-no in the Nazi police state others call NY.

The title of this post is misleading. In reality, a man was sentencrd to 7 years for possession of a ln illegal firearm in nyc.

While the tittle is misleading it is not surprising in journalism. The tittle is not entirely wrong. The meaning of the tittle is that if he would have paid the $2.25 is it HIGHLY unlikely he would have been caught with the handgun.
