Meltdown! Cop Flips Out When Told He Can’t Search Car Without Warrant (Video)

Cop gets pissed when the driver of a pulled-over SUV refuses to let him search his car without a warrant.

This is a perfect example of the importance of knowing your rights, don’t be afraid to JUST SAY NO to Unlawful Searches… Because as you all just seen, without your permission (or a warrant) they can’t search you or your vehicle.

lmfao! cop almost had a damn stroke he was so pissed off.

pays to know your rights, but best believe if you’re riding dirty you taking a chance every time you get in the car. don’t do nothing to get pulled over and have all your papers/registration/brake lights/headlights/license plate lights in order. or ride with someone else who does. even then sometimes that’s not enough to avoid getting pulled for dwb…

from the sound of the driver i can tell he was white….black man saying that ish wouldve been a different scenio…i suggest all black folks ride with a camera in the car.

  3. Buddy Boy says:

Had to be a white guy. On a deserted road late at night no one around. Had it been a black man cop would not have asked, and had he asked and was refused he would have searched anyway and after having found nothing would have planted something, stunned him or shot him for good measure

It does not matter. Without a warrant, whatever they find is an illegal search and seizure. Now I’m gone keep it real. A black male is STILL going to jail if something is “illegal” has taken place or it’s some other BS. You may still have to make bond, but it depends on how fast the jurisdictions court system moves and how many layers it has. All in all, in the end, the charges can’t stick unless a warrant for a search was granted prior to searching your “possessions”

@Prince that ain’t always true. I just got my felony file sealed last Friday to the public after waiting 5 years on this type sh*t. I caught 2 CCW motor vehicles one after another and both were illegal searches. Beat the first but the last one the narc said I was speeding, then searched and arrested me. When I bonded out they gave me a ticket for failure to signal, not speeding. I was doing neither. Whether ya L’s good or suspended, its best to just have a stash box, cameras & audio, or just don’t ride dirty period. I chose just to be clean from then on.

If a law enforcement officer has probable cause they can search your vehicle such as illegal substances or open containers in plain view also your vehicle can be searched in incident to arrest …..when your vehicle is being cleared for inventory…don’t go out in the streets with the jail house laser mentality and get locked up but do know your rights

          • prince_kosmic says:

Probable cause is not the same. Probable cause gives them the right to search but any “evidence” obtained without consent (implied consent is in the bill of rights) is inadmissable in court. Ask any police officer , one who is willing to talk, is it legal to search your pockets for drugs without consent. It is not. But they play off your ignorance of even the basic constitutional rights upheld by every court in the country. Probable cause helps law enforcement “prevent” a possible crime, one that hasn’t even been committed yet. But it in now way gives them the right to convict you of breaking the law. That’s why if you commit to a life of doing dirt, you need to keep a lawyer on retainer.

        • prince_kosmic says:

@Moor It sounds like either you had no lawyer or a cheap one. It is illegal to charge you with one thing and change it to another. Yet prosecutors do this all the time in order to secure the conviction the is easiest to obtain. Either you were speeding or you failed to signal, and oh by the way, where is the evidence? Where was the video and the tape recording of the questioning that took place? Got me? For $2500, any decent lawyer could have beat that.

          • Moor says:

My counsel cost me $11,000 that summer. Thank god I had it. What I’m saying is its their word against yours. Who the judge gonna believe. I had just turned 21 and my license still said I was under 21. A Damn expired license was all they needed to pull me out after the illegal stop they conducted. Trust me it was nothing I could do that night. I just wish I would of hopped out the truck and ran until I got the strap off me but back then I thought running from the police was beneath me. Not anymore.

          • Moor says:

Not to mention it looks very bad going back before the same judge that threw the first gun case out with yet another less then 6 months later. I’m lucky I didn’t get any time for that dumb **** I did.

Very good, basic information. Just think of the millions of brothers who would have avoided prison over a simple procedure.

  5. Pceezy says:

Now dude was riding around with no L’s … So if he did have one thing he had to dump it,,, cuz 5-o rode off with his

  6. S.W.ATL MADE says:

He did cut him a break and didn’t gv him a ticket….I would tk a cussing over a ticket any day…it’s funny how a lot of people think cops are suppose to be perfect as if you are perfect on your job everyday……sounds to me like he had other pressure going on….imagine if you had to deal with fcuked attitudes, assholes, people who think they know they law, people who want to kill u because they hv some warrants and u are never appreciated but yet you are called to save other people when they get caught up….its two sides to every story.

    • Moor says:

You must be the police. Never considered your user name to be true. Either way cops chose to be cops so they get no sympathy when no one appreciates them. Find another job then.

        • S.W.ATL MADE says:

My father was one and was killed on duty saving a dumb broad who was getting beat by her boyfriend…..i guess that’s cool to u

          • S.W.ATL.MADE says:

im actually a teacher/coach if u must know im actually doing something to help my community

          • Moor says:

What extra stuff? Did I disrespect you so wtf u disrespecting me for? I been more then polite. Like it or not this vid is a good ex of just why so many ppl hold disdain for so called law enforcement. Fire fighters don’t get this type of hate. Why. Peace

    • BzB says:

when you choose to be the police you are sworn to uphold the law without bias or prejudice and you accept the hazards that come with the job. doesn’t mean cops should be perfect, just means they should be held to a high standard.

in this video the driver got lucky, i really don’t think it would have went the same if dude was black.

sucks about your family getting killed. regardless of what they do for a living it’s always tough losing fam.

  7. williedynamite says:

    Fake…but funny

  8. S.W.ATL MADE says:

@ moor No disrespect intended we both seem to be like minded on most subjects and I know you probably agree with me that online back and forth ain’t cool so its all good

  9. Tip CHOP $hape says:

Apparently, The Driver listen 2 Jiggy’s “99 problems” & remember! LMAO “i didn’t pass da’ Bar, but I know a lil’ bit, I know you can’t illegally SEARCH MY SH*T!” gotta’Luv It LMFAO

  10. Detroit police don’t ask you if they can search your ride. They just pull you over, make you get out with their guns out, handcuff you and then search your car. That’s why I had to gtf outta there!!Where I’m at now I can actually exercise my rights like that!!

    • MoorFedayeen says:

Right. I’m in Detroit too. I actually was cool with a cat for the longest and didn’t know he was a narc. We had discussion about traffic stops and he told me that he doesn’t ask, if hes looking for something, he just reaches in and opens the door and pulls the guy out. That pissed me off to the point where I had to just leave it alone. Detroit play the game extra raw.

  11. BigBlackDude says:

Overall just don’t ride dirty and keep a smart-phone with voice/video recorder available when you are pulled over. In the end it is your word against there words and the best you can do is limit the talk be straight forward, polite and hopefully they will give you a warning, small citation or just **** off!

  12. Coletta Hughes says:

This is precisely why I fear law enforcement :(

  13. 1luv says:

Dang that just looks he he might have planted somthing. Like my old man told me when I was a kid, if you get pulled over do it where people can see you.
