The south ain’t Vegas….and he ain’t black. Good luck with trying that.

    • tone pgh says:

was about to say the same thing……don’t be a n!gga trying this

      • JGoode says:

If by “*****” u mean black then clearly ur a ******. I agree with the post below though, you do not have to answer the question if there isn’t probable cause. That’s a very Goode and educational point that applies to everyone, black or white.

        • MoorFedayeen says:

I agree but this video is legit. I seen stuff like this before. Just keep asking the same question and if they keep answering then you can pull off ANS there’s nothing they can do about it. These check points are illegal. This isn’t Nazi Germany

My advice to anyone who has any alcohol in their system is to never to do this bs because if you do you are going to jail….the only reason they let him go is because they could tell he wasn’t drunk and being a smart azz…but ihe could’ve been charged with obstruction …meaning preventing them from doing their job…and us as black men can’t afford to back and forth with the police just to prove a point sober or drunk.

    • ZuluPhile says:

The officer did not ask you if you think you’re drunk they ask you if you had alcohol to drink….the MAN forces you to stop and be questioned WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE MEGA VIOLATION of your 4th amendment right which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause.

You don’t have to incriminate yourself nor do you have to submit to any questioning without probable cause.

Really the Police has Zero business asking you if you’ve been drinking if they have no suspicion meaning you weren’t swerving or driving erratically….

  3. ZuluPhile says:

Fifth Amendment protects witnesses from being forced to incriminate themselves. Oh officer yes I have been drinking can I go. Officer will say, “how much?” You say,” a few beers and/or 3 shots”, Officer says are you willing to submit to a sobriety test, You say (because you know to submit to authority cartoons took care of your conditioning) do I have to…the officers says why don’t you pull over to the side here. You pull over and by now you’re very nervous, the cop uses his/her programming to get you out of YOUR car. The officer then ask you if your willing to submit to a sobriety test by now there are several officers surrounding you including a supervisor and you’re on the spot so what do you do submit to authority. You blow, walk, point on to your nose, follow a light and say your abc’s backwards and FAIL……then THE LAW says were placing you under arrest for being under the influence……You could high or drunk as HELL or sober your rights do not evaporate….

    • S.W.ATL MADE says:

Never take any type of sobriety tests,a lawyer once told me that, politely refuse the test he told me its easier to get your drivers license back after they automatically suspend it for refusal than for getting a DUI.

  5. Tony Money says:

  6. 4xtra says:

    • Tony Money says:

I’m from dekalb county, and I’m try this sh@# next time. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT. ima do the same thing he did “am i free to go?” “officer DIKKhead am i free to go?” if he make me get out the car then I know I’m fukked lol.

  7. Quit Resisting says:

Real talk if you ever go thru a roadblock at night time.. if they dont have cones set up an flare lights out you can beat it

  8. WHATDAHELL says:

lol…in dekalb county, we got alot of rookie cops out here. the veteran cops will try to intimidate and pressure you to do something so they can arrest you but this will work all day on those rookie cops. good video.

i watched all the flex your rights vids after seeing this and my life has changed.

  15. S.W.ATL.MADE says:

but at the end of the day they can force you to take a breathalyzer right then…. or blood test when you get to jail…look up your states implied consent law…in most states when you get a drivers license once you receive it you are giving consent for the police to give you sobriety tests….driving by law is considered a privilege not a right.

  16. NANE says:

WILL THIS WORK FOR BLACKS, AND WILL IT WORK FOR OUR BLACK SONS WE GET SHOT IN THE BACK FOR NOT DOING WHAT MASS’A SAY. I HAVE GROWN TO DESPISE POLICE FOR HOW THEY KILL OUR CHILDREN FOR JUST STANDING…. I CAN IMAGINE HOW MANY BULLETS WOULD GO IN TO A BLACK CHILD OR ADULT FOR NOT TAKING ORDERS FROM POLICEMEN EXSPECALLY HERE IN CALIFORNIA.
